Unraveled Universe LLC (“Unraveled,” “we,” “us”) builds tools for healthier relationships. We’re based in Austin, Texas. This policy covers this website: what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It’s short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Two things on this site ask you for information.

• The newsletter signup takes your first name and email address. Nothing else.
• The contact form takes your name, email address, and your message, so we can read it and reply.

We also keep basic analytics about site visits, like page views and rough traffic sources, so we can see what people actually read. No advertising profiles, and no tracking you across other sites.

We don’t ask you for sensitive personal information. If you put something sensitive in a contact-form message, it arrives in our inbox and a person reads it, so send only what you’re comfortable having us read. This site isn’t meant for children under 13.

Why we collect it

We use your name and email to send you the weekly Unraveled newsletter and early-access news. That’s the only thing we use them for. We do it on the consent you give when you sign up, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

We use a contact-form message to answer you. Nothing else.

Who else handles it

Three services run this site on our behalf:

• Airtable stores newsletter signups.
• Resend sends our email, both the newsletter and the contact-form message it passes to our inbox.
• Netlify hosts the site.

They act for us, to run the site and deliver our email. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies the site needs to work. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Once you sign up, the site also saves your first name and email in your browser’s local storage so it recognizes you on a later visit. That sits on your own device, and clearing your browser data clears it.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@unraveleduniverse.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep a record that you opted out, so you don’t get added back by mistake. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

The contact form itself stores nothing. Your message is passed straight to our inbox, where it stays like any other email until we clear it out.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
